Ombre Powder Brows are a cosmetic tattoo technique that creates a soft, shaded gradient with natural-looking definition. The color transitions from lighter at the front of the brow to deeper toward the tail, creating the appearance of softly filled-in brows. This technique enhances your natural brow shape and provides polished, long-lasting results while reducing the need for daily brow makeup.
-
The Ombre Powder Brow typically lasts 18-24 months before a Color Boost is desired. However, results may last longer or require refreshing sooner depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and aftercare.
-
Lip Blushing is a cosmetic tattoo technique designed to restore color, improve definition and enhance the natural shape of your lips. The result is a soft, sheer tint similar to the appearance of tinted lip balm or gloss rather than lipstick.
Lip Blushing does not physically enlarge the lips. However, restoring color and definition along the natural lip border can create a fuller, more balanced, and refreshed appearance.
-
Lip Blushing typically lasts 2-4 years, but results vary based on skin, lifestyle, sun exposure and aftercare.
-
While each individual will have a different experience when it comes to pain during the procedure, most clients experience minimal discomfort during the Brow and Lip procedure, with many even falling asleep.
After the first pass during the Ombre Powder Brow technique, Lidocaine is applied to keep you comfortable throughout the process.
For Lip Blushing, we use Lidocaine to numb the lips during the outline, but prefer not to reapply it for optimal results. However, if additional numbing is needed, we can apply it during the procedure to maintain your comfort.

As with any procedure that breaks the skin, cosmetic tattooing carries potential risks. These may include temporary swelling, redness, tenderness, irritation, infection, allergic reaction, scarring, changes in pigment color or uneven pigment retention.
Following all pre-care and aftercare instructions and providing complete health information before your appointment helps reduce the risk of complications. Please contact Brow Therapy and your healthcare provider if you experience signs of an unusual reaction or infection.

Ombre Powder Brow touch-ups are scheduled 5–10 weeks after the first appointment. Lip Blushing touch-ups are scheduled 8–12 weeks after the first appointment.
This healing period allows the skin to fully recover and the pigment to settle before we evaluate your results, reinforce areas that healed lighter and make any necessary adjustments.

If you’ve previously had your brows or lips done at another business, we kindly ask that you come in for a complimentary consultation. This will help us assess your brows and/or lips and determine if correction work can be performed effectively.
*Please remember deposits are non refundable. If you book your appointment and pay your deposit before receiving approval, we cannot guarantee you will be approved and you will lose your deposit.

Brow Therapy Studio does not offer microblading. We specialize exclusively in Ombre Powder Brows because this technique is suitable for a wider range of skin types and allows us to create soft, natural-looking, long-lasting results with less trauma to the skin.
Unlike microblading, which creates individual hair-like strokes by cutting into the skin, Ombre Powder Brows use a gentle shading technique to build natural definition and fullness throughout the brow. The results can be customized from very soft and subtle to more defined, depending on your natural brows, facial features and personal preference.
If you are searching for microblading in Newnan but are unsure which brow technique is best for you, we would be happy to explain the differences and determine whether Ombre Powder Brows are the better option for your skin and desired results.

The first Ombre Powder Brow appointment typically takes 2 to 3 hours. During this appointment, we will discuss your goals, carefully map and customize your brow shape, select the appropriate pigment color and complete the initial cosmetic tattooing procedure.
The second appointment, scheduled 5 to 10 weeks later, typically takes 1 to 2 hours. This touch-up appointment allows us to assess how your brows healed, reinforce any areas that faded and make any necessary adjustments to the shape or color.
Both appointments are an important part of achieving the most even, polished and long-lasting results.
*Occasionally a third touch up (5-10 weeks after your touch-up) is necessary for certain clients where the pigment does not take as well to the skin. Please note a third touchup will include an additional fee of $200. -

Cosmetic tattooing is a two-step process because every person’s skin heals and retains pigment differently. The first appointment is used to create the initial shape, color and foundation of your results. As the skin heals, some areas may retain more pigment than others, and the color will soften and settle.
The second appointment allows us to evaluate your healed results, reinforce any areas that healed lighter and make necessary adjustments to the color, shape or overall definition. This appointment helps create a more even, polished and long-lasting result.
For this reason, both appointments are considered an important part of completing your Ombre Powder Brow or Lip Blushing service.
